Refund Policy

All Seven On Ridge sales are final. No refunds will be honored.

Ticket holder will be allowed to transfer ticket to another name. If new ticket holder chooses a different entree, he/she must notify Seven On Ridge of change within 72 hours of show date. If new entree is of a higher value, ticket holder will be charged the difference.

In the event that a show taping cancels, a refund will be given. If that show is rescheduled there will be no refund. If rescheduled, your tickets will be good for the new date. If for some reason you will not be able to make the new date, Seven On Ridge will offer to resell your tickets.

Seven On Ridge does not except responsibility of paying for the tickets until they have resold.
